This Full Moon occurs at 21.38 UT on the 16th July, at 24 degrees Capricorn, opposite the Sun at 24 degrees Cancer. If you have anything between 19 – 29 degrees of the Cardinal signs it will affect you more strongly.
The partial Lunar Eclipse will be visible in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Antarctica.
This eclipse completes the pair which began with the Solar Eclipse in Cancer on 2nd July, and wraps up the energies of this eclipse window, which is building towards the Lion’s Gate in August. The Full Moon is conjunct Saturn, Pluto and the South Node in Capricorn. This is a time of reckoning. It is a time for karmic debts to be paid, and all that is toxic to be drawn out and lanced. The planet of structure, discipline, boundaries, karma and time is conjoined with the planet of death and transformation in the sign of the Master Builder. Combined with the collective South Node, which brings out deep karma to be healed on a world scale, this is a mega-powerful alignment like a depth bomb that brings a tsunami of change.
As the shadow of the Earth passes across the face of the Moon, world karma will be released. We can each of us offer up our woundedness and deep shadow to the Dark Goddess to be devoured.
As Pluto destroys, Saturn builds anew. As the Moon illuminates the sign of Capricorn, consciously call down your Soul essence into your body. The last Earth sign is all about bringing Spirit into Matter. The shadow of Capricorn is materialism. The highest expression of it is to spiritualise all matter as much as divinely and humanly possible.

The Full Moon stellium is sextile to Neptune in Pisces, providing an opportunity for spiritual transformation. Spirit will hear and Spirit will transform. Offer everything up into the Divine creative essence of existence. Release and let go.
The Sun in Cancer is conjunct Venus and the North Node, bringing the Divine Feminine Goddess energy to balance all the worldly materialism which has been destroying the planet. The Goddess of Beauty and Love, in the sign of the Divine Mother, allows strength in vulnerability and open heartedness. This is a good time to meditate and embody the Goddess energy, and allow it to flow like water wherever it is needed in the world. The Sun and Venus are forming a beautiful trine to Neptune, allowing a deeper connection to spirit and prayers being answered. Neptune is the key to spiritual release on this eclipse.
The Sun is also conjunct Mercury which is retrograding through Leo and then Cancer. This is a time to reflect on past communications, look into your heart and find the truth of what was said. Yes communication issues may occur, but the purpose of this is to bring out what needs healing in relationships, so listen carefully and ask for greater understanding. Things need to come out to be resolved. Maybe some truths need to be spoken, to allow yourself and others to move on in freedom and peace.
On top of all these powerful alignments, Mars in Leo is squaring Uranus in Taurus. This could throw a spanner in the works. If people act in a heated or irrational way, it is due to this energy which can cause friction, conflict and accidents. Take care and take it slow, just breathe and think before you speak.
With such a strong emphasis on the Cancer Capricorn axis, we are called to reflect on the values of family, soul family, mother and father, home and business, emotional depth and emotional detachment, strength in sensitivity and strength in building, the balance of masculine and feminine, tradition, authority, nurturing, aspiring, our human family versus corporations, and finding the balance of all of these.
