The Solstice Moon in opposite the Galactic Centre, three days away from the Winter Solstice. This is a powerful time of completion and renewal. As we spiral closer to the Galactic Centre we may have all kinds of insights and revelations, memories from the past that seem like yesterday, and a clear perspective on karmic spirals of cause and effect. The Galactic Centre is the origin of patterns and the centre of the web.
This is the Sagittarius Moon, in the opposite sign of Gemini. During this month, we set our sights on high targets and fire our arrows to the stars. You may have many goals. The Solstice is time to take stock of your progress for the year, and see how far you have come. If you give thanks for every little thing, and celebrate your progress, you will see you have come a long way. There may be high goals that you haven’t quite reached yet. You may be feeling like you have come up short, and whatever you do is never enough. Go easy on yourself. This is a time to rest, retreat, and gather your strength. Follow the cycles of nature, and Mother Earth will give you the will to carry on.
The full moon in the sign of Gemini is highlighting the need for social communication, and weaving those webs of connection that are vital for creating a healthy and sustainable New Earth. Gemini is the inner child, bringing magic and play to all we do. Have you listened to your inner child lately? How is she /he feeling? Does your inner child want to go out and play and connect, and sparkle with stimulating conversation, brilliance and joy?
At this time, there is a huge collective pressure and collective exhaustion. We have been through so much in the last two years. The only light at the end of the tunnel is the one we create. It is time to enter the stillness, so our creative muse can emerge. The Gemini moon wants you to put aside all the heaviness, the pressure and self-chastisement. Just be light, and dance with the faeries. Your spirit is light. Allow it to be free.
The Sun and Moon are making a square to Neptune in Pisces, and we are again reminded of mass delusion and hypnosis that we must be alert to and open our eyes to every day. Deception and illusion are all around, and it is imperative to connect to the truth of spirit and Creator, that slices through all untruth. Meditation on clarity, clearing the body and the energy field from wandering thoughtforms and karma, is beneficial for the health of body and mind.
Venus now goes into retrograde today, conjunct Pluto in Capricorn. She is beginning her cycle of renewal and rebirth, ready for her new phase as the Capricorn Meta Goddess in January. Venus retrograde heralds karmic relationships, fated love, and deep healing and transformation of existing relationships. You may experience healing of the past, and past relationships may come to mind, in dreams, or in actual meetings.
On this full moon, take some time to go within, and reflect on the year. Be gentle with yourself and make sure you get some rest and self-nurturing. Enter the stillness, and focus on your goals, aiming high for 2022. Connect with the power of the Galactic Centre, and ask for all you require. Remember that all goals are now collective goals, we are here to help each other, and if you feel that you don’t have all the pieces in place, maybe there are others with the pieces you need, and you are their missing piece. We weave together in light, a symphony of heavenly tones. We are here for each other, respecting, honouring and appreciating the value of all.
