Welcome to Avalon beautiful soul!
I invite you to take a pause from the chaos of daily life - breathe - and connect with your sisters in sacred space.
In the sanctuary of our retreat centre, in Glastonbury the Heart Chakra of the Earth, allow yourself time to reflect, release, and heal.
This will be a safe space for personal healing, with the focus on relationships. Together, we can support each other to understand, grow and move forwards; while at the same time healing from the trauma of world events.
Spending sacred time at the Red and White Springs will allow you to heal and empower your Divine feminine essence, coming into balance with your Divine masculine. Through the element of water, and the healing springs, we will cleanse and purify our emotional and spiritual bodies. There will be daily meditations, chakra healing, sound baths, and sister circles to support you on your journey.
Staying in a peaceful retreat centre in the heart of Glastonbury, we will travel to the surrounding areas and connect with the sacred landscape of Avalon. We will ascend Glastonbury Tor and align our chakras with the powerful energies here.
Our group will spend time in the Chalice Well gardens, taking the water of the Red Spring, bathing our feet in the healing pool, and meditating at the Well Head. We are blessed to enjoy private access in the temple of the White Spring, bathing in the pure waters that flow from the Tor, and taking the masculine and feminine elixirs.
During the retreat we will visit Glastonbury Abbey, home to the site of the grave of King Arthur, meditating where the Michael and Mary ley lines meet. The beautiful grounds of the Abbey allow time to reflect, integrate and meditate. We will also visit the Goddess Temple and other sacred sites.
The retreat includes private ceremony at Stonehenge, and a day trip to Avebury stones, to connect with the high frequencies here. Working with the elements and the ancestors, we will weave connections for collective and planetary healing.

Katy Sophia - Retreat Facilitator
Katy is a transformational facilitator who holds retreats at powerful vortexes around the world. With 20 years in the field of holistic healing, she finds the synergy of groups magical and inspiring.
Katy is a teacher of relationships: soulmates, twin flames, catalysts & karmics; she has always been guided by the mysteries of the heart and the path of sacred love.
Katy leads sacred journeys through Egypt, divine feminine healing retreats in Glastonbury, womens' circles and meditation calls; and she teaches astrology & energy healing. An experienced astrologer, energy healer and guide, she embodies multi-faceted sacred wisdom to empower and transform.
Our Accommodation
Our group will be staying in a beautiful and tranquil retreat centre in the heart of Glastonbury. The rooms are based on two or three sharing, and we have a communal lounge, kitchen, dining room, beautiful gardens and our own meditation room. The retreat includes food, veg /vegan breakfast and fresh organic lovingly prepared dinner at the retreat centre, with a few lunches out in Glastonbury where there are many delicious cafes, restaurants and buffets to suit all tastes.
Healing Sacred Love - a workshop with Katy Sophia
As sacred women and priestesses of Avalon we carry Sacred Love within our hearts. In guided meditation, you will reconnect with this Sacred Flame. We will work on healing past relationships, cleansing the energy body and purifying the chakras. We will look at how we can anchor the codes of Sacred Love to heal our relationships, attract soul family, and call in soul mate or twin flame relationships. We will also work with energy protection and clearing psychic attacks. In the Heart Chakra of the Earth we will connect to the Heart of the Goddess.
Our excursions are an active extension of this work, when we visit the Red and White springs to take the waters, bathe and anoint ourselves and cleanse our vibrations. Connecting with the sacred landscape and being welcomed into the Goddess Temple to meet the Lady of Avalon. We embrace the divine feminine while at the same time healing and balancing the divine masculine within us, and sending out prayers from stone circles and sacred energy points in Stonehenge and Avebury.
Connecting to the Goddess in this way, and doing this work will enable you to heal and move forward in your life, finding true balance and healing your relationships as you learn to ignite the twin flame within.
