The Full Moon in Aquarius reminds us of the value of community, and the quest for freedom. Coming at the end of Mercury’s retrograde cycle through Leo, the full moon illuminates the connections we share and the importance of working together.

 

The Sun Moon opposition highlights the Leo Aquarius axis. While the Sun is in its own sign, the fire of the individual is strong. Leo is the sign of the self-conscious individual; confident, regal and sovereign. With Mercury in retrograde, you may have reflected deeply on how you share your light, and how to become stronger in yourself and your soul purpose. The balance of Aquarius shows you how to shine your light for the benefit of others; how to reach out and form community; how to extend yourself beyond your everyday world and dedicate to greater service.

 

This full moon synchronises with the rising of Sirius, the star of Isis, the higher star to our sun. It is a time of illumination, bringing the invitation to shift to a higher level in your life, letting go of old mental patterns, emotional reactions and past habits. You are being shown how to let go of old baggage, and step onto a clearer path where you are no longer weighed down by these things. It is time for the new. A greater intelligence is available to you, when you become lighter and clearer.

 

The full moon is unaspected; however, there are several key formations in the sky on this day. We have a mystic rectangle, a grand trine, and we are coming into an exact Venus Jupiter conjunction, signifying abundant blessings emerging in your reality.

 

The mystic rectangle is a complex formation that speaks of tension, challenges and the means to resolve them. It is formed of two oppositions, two trines and two sextiles. Mercury opposite Pluto brings out deep mental challenges and hidden psychological patterns. Mars opposite the Saturn Neptune conjunction in Aries brings strength, combativeness, and huge impetus for change and new beginnings. These two oppositions form a rectangle connected by flowing aspects that ease the tension, and help to unlock problems with creative thinking, going with the flow, and divine inspiration.

 

We are all given soul tests and challenges in this life. Indeed, life is a continual process of walking through soul initiations. As we walk through the fire of these times, and our individual challenges, we are encouraged to connect higher, and unite with the divine intelligence behind all things. You intuition will guide you to the smallest degree if you allow it.

 

This is time of digging deep, clearing out old patterns that have come to light, and rising higher with the soaring energies of Sirius and the heightened frequencies. There is no challenge too great for you to overcome, or for us to overcome together. This is a time for you to connect to your why, your greater purpose, and the ways you can connect with like souls and kindred spirits to build your soul vision.

 

The grand air trine with Mars, Pluto and Uranus brings a powerful flow of communication. These strong planets stand at the beginning of the three air signs, Libra, Aquarius and Gemini. Thoughts, ideas, connections and communications have an ease of flow, with the inspired ability to transform your mind and the way you think.

 

This full moon is a window of opportunity to focus, reflect, and manifest your inspired visions while calling in greater abundance. Your heart and soul will naturally attract what you need; as you give out, so you will attract.

 

The full moon in Aquarius reminds us that we are all a part of one family. May we remember the One Humanity, the One Family, and the One Source of all religions. It is time to have greater compassion and understanding, and work together to overcome the challenges we face.
